ATH most likely. 33% solid surface resin 67% Alumina Trihydrate, but the mix looked soupy so who knows what it is.

500 kg's? There is no way a tub like that weighs 500 kg's. With no gelcoat I assume its made with a solid surface material, but no vacuum pot? It must be full of air bubbles. Nice enough tub mold. It looks home made? I guess that's cheaper than a Gruber Systems mold.

I literally came upon 15 molds. All I want to know is what they're using. I can't find any other videos pouring a bathtub

Step 1: Apply wax five times to the mold, wiping each time with a cotton cloth. Step two: Apply the gelcoat paint and add the color you want. It is preferable that it be a pigment of good quality. Step Three/ Mixed Materials: Polyester Resin for Marble, Calcium Carbonate and Hardener. For every kilo of polyester resin, we put three kilos of calcium carbonate powder and mix very well. After mixing, we put eight grams of Hardener for every kilo of the mixture... For example, if the quantity of the mixture is five kilos, put forty grams of Hardener. End/Wait ten hours for it to dry.

@@ابامالكرضوان مافيش رش حصل بالفيديو بس المكونات اللى بالفيديو الشكاير اللى بأول الفيديو دى كربونات الكالسيوم والسائل اللى نزل من البرميل دا بوليستر ريزن بيضاف بنسبة ثلاثه الى واحد يعنى كل ثلاث كيلو بودر بيتحطله واحد كيلو بوليستر ريزن بعد مابتخلط الخليط كويس بتضيف المصلب اللى بيخلى عملية التجميد تتم بيتحط 5 جرام لكل كيلو من الخليط وبتنتظر فتره زمنيه معينه حسب الجو وبينشف ممكن ساعتين ممكن ثلاثه بس المصانع عشان عندها قوالب كتير بيبات لثانى يوم وهذا الافضل
