Uncle Larry performs a friendly little bridge pickup only shootout on a few of the more noteworthy items that came from the Golden Age of the Greatest Guitar Company To Ever Exist on this beautiful planet of ours….and a 69 too
This video is for entertainment purposes only…no user serviceable parts inside
Directors note: the guitars were cycled through in the same order in each of the “blind tests”…results will be forthcoming for anyone that actually gives a fuck

The bridge pickup on the Larry burst has something extra special going on to my ears. And hell yes, keep the first takes, studio, bed tracks and scratch vocals coming. All of this is what makes your channel so special.! It’s raw, and it’s real it’s what most of KZbin is so desperately lacking.

John, If you are serious about not drinking, be serious about it and be done. I'm not slammin you. I quit smoking, drinking, and drugs all at once in 86 after downing 2 fifths of Jack every day for several years, not a brag, just a fact. If you are struggling, it's because you don't really want to quit. If you mean it, no excuses, no blame, just own it and be sober. It really is your choice.🤙

Your response to the VCB request about the beer is the exact same impulse that I had when you read it - and I myself am a former drinker. All sympathies to anyone (myself included) who struggles - but requesting that it be removed from the content you consume is not it.

One of my favorite videos was the live sessions with The Cliffs in it's entirety. I might stand alone in this, but I love to watch how a finished song happens. I love the tweaking and even the redesigning of parts by a producer- you. You are a hard ass with a soft heart. Your videos are real man and there is no pretention in what you do. Some folks will learn you don't get to a decent sounding production without a lot of hard work. That is why I am an old school homeskooler.

Uncle Larry, you are the man. Watched the solo on "Always on my mind" at the 90th many times. You are the master of playing exactly what a song requires with an electric solid body guitar, with a subspecialty in the bridge pickup. And another thing-- many great players are especially good at fills, and little fillipios, and splashing color around a recording-- many others are particularly great with solos. Larry, you are the rare player who handles both with class and taste.
