I’m giggling at this because we did the same itinerary on Ventura but at the Easter of 2019 - our last cruise before Covid...our first stop in Amsterdam was Starbucks! Fabulous vlogs.

Hello Andy & Kirstie. These vlogs of yours are excellent. We were actually on this Ventura cruise and this is bringing it back. Your recommendation of the Beach House on an earlier vlog has made our minds up. We’re back on Ventura next July for Portugal & Northern Spain and the Beach House is definitely on our agenda 😁. Enjoyed the vlog as always. My wife (maiden name "Schenkeveld") is Dutch heritage, born here in Victoria, B.C. Canada, so diffidently on our bucket list of travel destinations . *** F.Y.I... Andy & Kristi the Pannekoeken that Kristi was enjoying, is a kind of a cross between an American pancake and a French crêpe , and is a weekly treat for us whether I make them at home or we visit a local restaurant in the area "De Dutch Pannekoek House." Something to story away in your memory banks if you ever get to the West Coast on Vancouver Island.

Thanks! Nobody carrying a camera, all self-filmed using an insta360 one x 360 camera giving that illusion. The pole it's on is automatically deleted from the shot by the software in post processing.

Hi, Considering this trip on Ventura in December for the Xmas markets. Didn't realise the terminal was so far out of Amsterdam. Are the coaches provided free of charge, how often do they run and until what time ? Thanks

Ijmuiden is a 30 minute or so coach journey, however the shuttle service was free and, as we were there two days, it ran 24hrs from the time we docked. The year before we docked in Amsterdam itself, next to the railway station, so that was just a short walk in.
