It's my first time visiting your channel, and I just adore you. I spent most of my life being treated badly by a jealous mother. It's so hard to work through the negative stuff that we are told... but I managed to learn to love myself. I broke the pattern and refused to treat my daughter in that manner. These are amazing tips. They are useful and gives me hope. Can you do a video on those of us with a large lower belly and a large bottom. The large bottom was GREAT until I started getting the lower belly. (Under the belly button). Shirts that should hand cling to my backside. (I am just looking for a temporary solution until I get my weight back under control)

I'm also 5'4", and I didn't get to 100 lb until I was 18. Things change throughout adult life with weight and body shape; however, puberty was a worse time for me than menopause. Great tips, but I especially love 3/4 sleeve tops. They are perfect regarding temperature.

Oh, I loved this video 🎉and made me laugh so much. My grandmother was so beautiful and she thought she was more beautiful than her daughter. My mom said many times she is more beautiful than us 3 daughters. To me, each one of us is beautiful in her way. I am the only one that has a huge tummy ( even when I was thin) and thats why I loved this video. You definitely understand women and you are so beautiful/cute to me.
