Clapham Woods, Angmering Park Estate and Welpham woods been on my radar for a while now, bit too far out for me to run to and from, but it does look nice. Once this darn ankle sprain gets better I think this video has convinced me that it will be worth getting a marathon distance run in to get out there an explore ! nice vid

Great route in a lovely part of the world. I lived in Worthing some years ago, and remember running the route from LA to Worthing many times, both solo and with clubmates. Happy days! Never ran trhrough Arundel though which was a shame.

I live at the northern end of the Monach’s Way. No sea views here 😁 . Love your videos. They inspire me to keep running longer 👍

Did you do any post Stabilization? You run with no protection on the lenses? How did you post process (Workflow?)
@FilmMyRun4 жыл бұрын
Hi, no. All stabilisation is done in camera. I have a soft case which I use the cover the lenses when I am not filming. But yes generally there is no protection on the lenses. I just have to be careful. Workflow is as follows Import the files from the camera to my network storage. Process all files in bulk using Qoocam Studio on PC. Open Final Cut Pro on Mac. Start a new Project but leave files in place on network storage Create Proxy files and store them on my Mac. Edit the video on my Mac with Final Cut Pro

He says to wife and family casually "hey I'm just popping out to run 50k with a mate see you in 5 hrs, 😲 amazing. I'm looking at my first 50 ultra. Any advice on the biggest distance I should train beforehand? Cheers mate

Hi there. Don't worry too much about distance in a single run. Try to maintain consistency across the week. Run every day if you can and try doing double days, so run in the morning and again in the evening. Long run days could be anything from 10 miles to 25-30. But really slow and easy. Good luck!
