Same as east coast homes with hurricanes. All homes on hurricane areas are built to withstand most categories of hurricanes. It's only the rare overly strong ones that will destroy the homes.

It’s all subjective. The land alone in that area of Malibu is probably worth 10-20 million alone. The house, with its concrete construction was millions just for the structure. The backlit onyx and custom woodworking was millions. That backyard alone with that pool and fire pit was well over a million. In the middle of Oklahoma would this house cost 50 million? No. Probably half that. But it Malibu…. Gotta pay to play

Every time Michael and Adam do a mansion tour I'm always tuning in, I watch his other videos as well but everythime there's a mansion one I'm usually one of the first 10k or so, I'd like everyone of them on here but as I use my tv KZbin app it doesn't make it easy. Anyway I like a lot of the mansions they go to but this one for me is probably the best so far for me, all the others are amazing but I usually find there's a few things I don't like, for example size of a room, colour scheme, layout or even design. But I have to admit this one is perfect, I absolutely love it! My only thing I'd change is the size of the screen in the cinema room, I'd make it an Imax but other than that love it! 😍 Just wish I had the money to buy it because I absolutely would! Keep up the great work you two, love watching your videos, can't wait for the next!

I don't usually like minimalist houses, but this one is an exception. It manages to be simplistic without being too sterile and boring. There's a kiloton of features that make this mansion a veritable private eutopia, 2 theaters (as if one wasn't enough), several offices, that courtyard jungle garden, great separation from neighbors, and closets akin to boutique clothing and accessory stores (complete with big windows) with spaces not only for clothes, but jewelry and eyewear too! Not to mention that swimming pool! Can you imagine swimming overlooking the ocean and hills every day you're in residence? Sounds blissful to me! Also, what child hasn't wanted an entire room dedicated to candy? The phrase ''Kid in a candy shop'' is true here.

It’s on the wrong side of PCH so I can’t imagine it fetching much over $30M. The ocean breeze is blowing car exhaust and noise into your face/house non-stop, and your view at night is a dark void. I’d prefer something in the Palisades, the views are outstanding day and night, and you are closer to everything without PCH traffic in your face. Great tour, thanks.

That's actually in a fairly remote part of Mailbu, it's about a half hour drive to the closest grocery store. The deal killer for me is that to actually drive into LA you're going to have to either take US 1 all the way in or go up to Thousand Oaks and take the 101 in. It's just so far from anything that it would drive me nuts after a while.

This is one of the very few houses I've seen in these extreme price ranges that give off such a vibe of real life livability. I'm in agreement with many others. This is one of the best properties you've shown, and it is a home. You can keep "The One". Sooner live here any time.
