The video was good I appreciate your efforts to make it but I was waiting for your diet plan ( proper diet plan) which you haven't uploaded. It's just your weight update , needed your eating day plan that what you eat in a day Or 3day plan with weight that how much you reduced in 3days It will help me to reduce some Inches . I've been following you for a long month but now I don't have any good diet plans , suggest me or pls upload the video properly. Thanks

Hi, please never do the same diet as a KZbinr or Celebrity. Those people don't know to properly do a diet or even write a diet meal plan. If you wanna lose weight check out an registered Dietitian, if you don't wanna malnourish yourself and lose weight in a healthy way.

You’re only able to lose and gain back the same 8kg for years since you started your channel. It’s actually really unhealthy to go on a yo-yo diet for years, and it also means that your diet is unsustainable and only a quick fix, crash diet. This is quite typical for a binge - restrict cycle dieter, but I am afraid of the kind of message you are sending to impressionable young girls. Better to maintain your weight at a healthy and sustainable diet for years than to constantly binge and restrict.

hmm this doesnt look like a binge restrict to me and trust i’ve been there, she just visits family and doesnt pay mind to calories or portions anymore and just lives her life in some phases and then tracks when shes back in her work life era. She also doesnt have ED habits as she regularly isnt afraid to get take out and doesnt track calories much. She’s better than the uber healthy all green fitness youtubers who post unrealistic WIEIAD’s, she has the most realistic diet there imo for those who work fulltime (not an attack comment just my thoughts)!

@@Zaki-nn1mm the fact that she can gain 8kg over and over in a short span of time…. U make it sound like only u have personal experience, but I’ve been there before for a decade and I can recognise this anywhere. Even if you have fun with your family and friends and travel, gaining 8kg in less than a year repeatedly and then crash dieting to lose it all (see her egg diet video) in a short span of time again just seems extremely unhealthy. If you read the comments in those videos, a lot of young girls said things like “I watched a lot of melisa’s videos when I was anorexic”. This should you tell you something about whether it is or it is not. Disclaimer: I am not here to discuss whether you think it is a binge-restrict cycle. I have my opinion and you have yours. We can still respect each other’s opinion and not have to make it about each other yeah?

​@@Zaki-nn1mmhonestly i used to think that but after personal experience it actually is quite unusual for the body to rapidly put on that much in an occasional surplus and have it stick like that. plus, even though she's a nurse, she constantly adheres to dubious means of weight loss- ie lemon water, or even this barley drink thing. there's a way to consistently integrate movement into your life without needing to get a mat and do small, rudimentary exercise. the truth is, is she more balanced than other ED channels? of course! i wouldn't say she has an ED straight up as trust me, i've seen the depths of youtube. what i strongly think is wrong/dysfunctional here is how she'll have periods where her metabolism is obviously haywire (going way too low with calories for adequate hormonal function+metabolic slowdown) because she doesn't consistently eat enough and even on one of these vlogs she shared that she had spotting. number two is the lack of even muscle training or just small, simple but intense cardio (it doesn't have to be like the ig influencer weights - lifting even heavy boxes help. just the bare minimum to stimulate muscle growth.) granted she is an extremely hard worker and probably doesn't have time, so honestly I'd attribute this to destroying her metabolism. plus, age and a history of yo-yoing doesn't help. what i highly infer is happening is a subconscious insecurity or influence from kculture or diet vlogs from youtube. i say all this earnestly. i used to really like her videos a lot. but overtime, and even w my personal experience w disordered eating and my body's reactions, it's getting frustrating to see this level of pseudoscience and stagnation on her channel. she needs to work on priming her metabolism instead of yoyoing this much.
