운동 시러서 식단만 조지는 사람임 ㅠ 식단 먹고 코크보틀 먹으니까 확실히 전보다 살이 덜 찌네요

코크보틀 덕분에 체지방이 줄고 식후 혈당도 조절돼서 다이어트할 때 스트레스가 덜해짐ㅋㅋ

hi! love ur meals, but one suggestion, you should include any form of grains in there. even if you arent getting in much wheat/rice, other grains r a good idea! sprouts r filling and good substitutes.
