I remember the days of 15 fps on the classic doom because my laptop was that bad . Then I got lucky . My pc gaming started as so , traded my 3ds for a 4gb ram (up too 8gb ) HD radeon 5800 (honestly ain't bad . Max settings on all games I've played besides ark .. ark was outta the question even on low lool Phenom x4 3.5 ghz cpu 600 w psu Can't believe I got that for a 3ds xD Then my current build I bought of someone for 240$ cad Now yell me . I got a good deal Gtx 770 with windowfourxe I3 3.2ghz cpu 4gb ram (now have 9 for now) 600 psu It's funny I got both computers from same guy xD Tho my cpu ain't the best . I can play any game on max settings and never get under 30 fps on a high demanding game . Tho I don't play max settings if the games recommended gpu is higher like gtx 9** just because my ocd says my card will die 😂
