Considering the age in which young women start having sex these days and the age by which they are usually looking to settle down, I’d say most women will have slept with 75% of the men they are going to sleep with by the time they reach 25. It just depends on how promiscuous she is that will determine how high that number is. And I can say from experience any woman who knows her worth and is building will not date him at age 25. Heck, I’m 38 (much closer to his age) and would not date him. I’d be questioning his reasoning for wanting to date this far below his age bracket too. It will likely be the promiscuous ones or the ones looking to use him that will date him and those will likely be the ones with the highest body counts. So if that’s his logic, it confirms my point that he may be intellectually in that place to date someone that age, but also that he is not very savvy or in tune with the landscape of that generation either.

I think it’s okay for an older man to date a younger woman but not by so many years. It doesn’t matter whether it’s an older male or female they need to understand that younger people need to be able to grow. Older people in relationships with younger people tend to want them to act like they’re older. As long as they know that it may not last long. Realistically you can find some young woman who also has a lot of miles on her, trauma, and multiple kids by multiple men. So it’s a good thing not to categorize people. And trauma does not have to be from dating. Mines came from an incident that happened when I was four years old. Some women have daddy issues. It’s just not smart to group everyone together.
