The First House isn't bad, especially at $59,900. I like the Kitchen, although the Cabinets would probably be removed and put up Nice ones. The Countertop is nice though.The Bathroom is really small, and could use some Tile on the Walls. Not a BAD HOME for the money. The Second House at $54,900 looks good from the outside. LOVE the "BREEZEWAY"! The Kitchen is rather small, and the Paneling, yeah, that would HAVE TO GO!!!! The Bathroom needs ALOT of attention!!!! The Bedrooms aren't bad, but I would replace ALL of the Doors!!!! The Third House is probably my FAVORITE!!!! It goes for $50,000, which is a GREAT BUY for this place I think!!!! The Front Porch is so CUTE!!!! Nice Doors, and the Kitchen is VERY SPACIOUS, but like Susan said, "I wouldn't want to do my Laundry in the Kitchen," so I would move the Washer and Dryer Connection. I would DEFINITELY put some Cameras out with the Graffiti on the Brick!!!! That would certainly GIVE ONE PAUSE!!!! Thanks Susan!!!!
