550hp Fox Body Mustang 347 Stroker Drag Racing

Fitted with a well dressed 347 Stroker, Roger's 1992 Fox Body Mustang kicks in 550hp and is no stranger to drag racing.
When a friend offered Roger this Fox Body Mustang back in 2017, he didn't miss the opportunity to acquire a proven drag racing winner. Most of the mods were already done, so Roger just changed the 347 Stroker engine heads with Trick Flow aluminum ones and put on Aerospace rotors, spindles and calipers.
Roger Miller's 1992 Fox Body Mustang sits on K-member front suspension and QA1 coilovers on all four corners. Fully equipped for drag racing with glass trunk and hood to reduce weight, 10-point roll cage and all the safety goodies the car runs consistent 6-seconds.
The 347 Stroker engine under the hood of Roger's 1992 Fox Body Ford Mustang is also equipped with Roller cam, rockers and solid lifters. The power is sent to the ground through Powerglide transmission and Moser 8.8 rear end. The car weighs 2,200lbs, sounds and runs great.

NIIIIIICE Mustang! Looks SICK in the thumbnail, btw! Can I ask a question, if you dont mind? I'm almost done building an 87 notch and putting down about 50hp less than you are... Car is very light, however, it has a dash still and panels/ headliner, but all the sound deadening ripped out and anything else it doesnt need to go, but look pretty "stockish" at a glance. Anyway, my question is, did you notice much difference with the wing on the car? I'll be running the full quarter and maybe some no prep 1/8th mile with probably a 255 or 275 60 15 drag radial (235 60 15 for now b/c I have a new set that were really cheap)... Wouldn't mind putting a small wing on the car if it'll help.. or do you think it's not enough to worry about with my car?

I’ve got a fully build dart block 347 with afr 220 the some secrets haha plus nitrous motor it runs 6.38 1/8 and I’ve sprayed a 300 shot and ran 8.81 1/4 and you can do the math what the 1/8 was but it’s been fast in the 1/8 with the gear change. But your car is beautiful and hope you still have it

Hot American Cars I did. No mention of cam grind or which heads. All it says is “roller cam and truck flow heads”. Very vague. I was Looking for more specifics. Cam grind number, lift, duration, what type of trick flow heads... intake even. I’m trying to get a rough estimate for my own build which is not running yet.

Did you get it together yet? The 11r's are a phenomenal head. One of the best on the market period. Your cam can go the distance too so it should be well on it's way to 450 to 500hp close to 7000 rpm depending on compression and intake choice. Carbed or FI? What transmission and gears?
