(assuming they can afford to make a big move) They caused it, now they're losing their minds because of this huge exodus they're seeing now. Well we can't have that can we?!?!?? So...introducing the new "Exit Tax!" They want to collect taxes from those people for TEN YEARS!!! So living on the California side doesn't appeal to me.
