If you're too short, and you're not able to use a booster seat, it is actually safer to only use the bottom part of the seatbelt. This is because the top part cold crush your throat in the event of an accident, massively increasing the risk of fatality. Having said that, just from eyeballing the distance, it looks like that seatbelt would probably have been okay? Impossible to tell for sure.

I really thought that people in other countries like America gets free houses for citizens because in my country in Saudi Arabia and the other three Arabic gulf union countries Kuwait UAE and Qatar citizens gets a free house and about 80000 dollars for free from the government for citizens when they gets married and if you want to change your house you can sell it of course the wonderful here is you can buy a home without worrying about things like electricity because many things here like electricity water internet hospitals medicine education universities studying and treatment outside the country here in Saudi Arabia and the other three Arabic gulf union countries Kuwait UAE and Qatar are free for citizens. is these things are for free in other big countries or you people buy it like houses???????????
