57 reasons to ship Klaus and Caroline

Caroline was never the first choice of anyone. Damons only abused of her , Matt had not yet overcome the dating Elena , Tyler chose to exchange it for his revenge on Klaus and even Stefan never had her as a first option and I bet if Elena hadn't kick his ass he would still be with her. So Klaus shows up and only has eyes for Caroline and nobody else. Never treated Caroline bad and always saved her without ever asking anything in return. Yes, I ship Klaroline and still believing in "however long it takes" no matter what happens :)

Yes!!! I can absolutely feel you. Being the most amazing girl she was in the show, not many saw it but Klaus did. He truly saw the strong, beautiful, full of light girl she was. And before Camille or even Hayley, Caroline came first. He used to have (he still does, in some corner of his heart) feelings for Caroline before them. So that's why I ship them.

Wasn't even something he thought he could have or even wanted to have. Just like Caroline loves Lizzie and Josie more than anyone. Parent-child bonds are special but it doesn't take away the love someone has for a romantic partner. Klaus didn't love Hayley like that just like Caroline didn't love Alaric in that way.

Oh, Caroline is definitely his weak spot! I remember this post on tumblr where merelely the mentioning of Caroline's name made him look at the ground, blush and smile like a geek! :p And I don't think we should worry too much. People on this show are so forgiving! Think about Alaric killing Caroline's dad, yet she could easily forgive him. Or Damon killing Jeremy and yet Elena forgave him. I'm not sure ofc, but I haven't given up hope yet for this ship! And yup, I practically grew up with hp! :)

When the video started, I was worried about lyrics conflicting with the clips ("clipflicting," if you will, lol). It was really nice not having the lyrics. Again, great video! I ship them, too. I think it all started out way back in 3x11, when he saved her. It was a game to him, playing with Tyler because he was revolting against Klaus. But I think, that night, something about her struck a chord within him. And that's were it all started, the challenge, or at least that was all it was to Klaus. A distraction, some fun in this dull town. Of course, that all played out differently, when he seemed to care more and more about Caroline. And at this point? Vice versa. Caroline cares!

You're not alone, I've probably never cried so much during an episode. I just wanted to give Elena, Matt & Bonnie a big hug. Especially Caroline, she just seemed to be losing it as well (how she was trying to take her mind off of it by making lists, keeping herself busy). I just wanted anyone to give her a hug, preferably Klaus, of course (still a shipper above all) but when she was with Stefan, I really wanted them to hug, as friends comforting each other. Because it was awful for both of them.

This whole issue Caroline has with dating, is that she's so insecure (of course, she's grown, but I believe it's still there), she needs to be assured she's the one! Yep, exactly! Moments like that show what she means to him, I believe. And I'm not convinced it's actual love yet, but it could definitely grow into love. But we can't deny something's there! :) And I know, I shipped Forwood with all my heart before I knew Klaus! (How can you not? A werewolf and a vampire, it IS romantic!) But the focus on sex really ruined their love story, in my opinion.. :/ And I guess we'll have to see for that, rigth? :) It's just, these hiatuses are killing me! :p

I totally agree with you. I think Klaus sees her as she really is, and Tyler (and Matt) see what they think she should be. Damon of course only used her to play with and annoy Stefan and Elena. But Klaus is different. He isn't swayed by other girls, because he genuinely likes her, and, maybe even loves her. I really want their relationship to grow in this season.
