Tanks under the shoulder as the fuel storage for flamethrower hands is GENIUS! It looks like those tanks were made to fit under those shoulders! Watching videos like this really gets my motivation up to continue on my own customs. Wish I had an airbrush and a place to paint. My wife laughs at my gundams all the time because they're all so rainbow bright color inept due to my kitbashing... Think i'll at least go out to the store and pick up a can of primer :) Thanks for this video!

the flamethrower sounds like a good idea, you should try to make the shoulders less pointed, that way it will go with the design of the tanks for the flamethrower.

i think you should make those fins serrated or look more like fish fins because the kit is aquatic looking

I think the tanks limit the pose-ability of the arms too much for them to worth the cool-factor. I'd go with the back. Either way I can't wait to see what you do with this already cool mobile suit.

*waves back at hy-gog* imo its look best without any of the orange parts, but if you want to make it themeatic you could have it battle damaged and thats why the orange parts are missing due to it being mid battle, or even have small broken bits of the broken parts on it

this kit looks perfect for installing an LED. the grey part inside the torso has that peg hole that directly attaches to the clear monoeye which is the perfect spot for the LED, and since the clear part is already red you can just use a white LED. you could probably just leave the on/off switch inside the kit on the grey part so you can just pop the top off the kit and either turn the light on or off without having to use an external switch. also you should modify the waist section to be compatible with the slot shaped action base connector if you intend displaying it on an action base. and I definitely think you should use the hand missiles for the backpack.

I would definitely keep the tanks under the shoulders. I think it looks much better than the other configurations. Also, I think the face plate would like nice in a pale red or green, because pale reds and greens for smaller details always look great on Ma.K kits.

The big round orange part look really cool on the shoulder but the color is a little bit weird

I think the tanks under the shoulderpads looks pretty cool, bulks it out nicely. Flamethrower hands are a neat idea no doubt, but I wouldn't think of that as being a weapon all that useful to an underwater mech? Maybe a plasma thing, like underwater welders use?

The containers in the shoulders I like the best. It fills in it, makes it look beefer and more intimidating. Thats in my opinion. :)

The tanks in the shoulders would look great chained to some kind of treads,like they're carrying ammo or something. Another weird idea would be to alter the claws to look like drills(or one big drill if you close them all together) if you can but thats a longshot. Looking forward to the next update,dude.

I really like the look of the tanks inside the shoulder armor, especially with a repaint. They add a lot of bulk to the kit. I don't really know what your basing your desin on haha but my first thought was that they could house some kind of missile pods or thrusters, or just be reinforced fuel tanks. Looking forward to seeing the outcome of this kit regardless :)

the tanks up underneath the shoulders remind me of ballast tanks. they either fill our empty with water to cause it to be buoyant and float or heavy and sink

I like the Tanks under shoulders idea. Personally, I would bring the backpack closer or even partially inside of the body because it protrudes a little too much for me. Do whatever you think looks best though!

Containers up in shoulders doesn't seem logical, like you said "what would they be used for? Builders parts has a nice marine backpack that is the same layout as yours but a bit more aerodynamic.

I think the "fuel" tanks could be really cool, it really depends on how you can display a use for them. I.e flamethrower idea. I was thinking maybe have some hoses or some shit like going to those two circles in the center that you were wanting to get ride of ..two birds one stone philosophy. oh and I'm digging the mesh idea for the leg holes I also thought it might be cool to drill the holes all the way through so you do have them on the inside and out kinda like you had thought they were like. keep up the good work man.

just dont put on the backpack... the back pack the way it is position are uggly af saperate the backpack into two and put it behind it shuolder or next to the thruster on it body..
