If i have a .45 cal sam yang.and it was completely rebuilt by Will piatte. Who has since past. Very nice gun and a beautiful trigger I shoot round balls now, what would you recommend out of you ammo for me to try at 100 yards.

Hornady swaged round ball .495 cycles like a dream through the .50 caliber Meg. , excellent for plinking. Unless you’re making those as well, I was thinking you did just slugs. I’m going to have to get one of those bottle set ups. I already have a nitrogen bottle for a tig welder, it’s a smaller sized portable bottle, I guess I could use it maybe. Notice how hot that sun feels, our magnetic field is down in strength by 25 percent or more, because of the excursion. That sun umbrella you were using would be good to stay under that as much as you can. I would love to find some sabots for the 50 caliber Meg, something that would hold a 357 slug and fit the .495 Megalodon. I have no issue using the rifle single shot.

Why did you go with the .50 over the .58 ?

Those sabots were designed for the zeus .58 and needed a little more power to tear them from the bullet then the megalodon has, I will send you some with a easy tear design for slower speeds and they should be more accurate and cast the sabot at about 10 yards from the barrel!

Sounds like it's possibly on order if it's a megalodon. I ordered mine thru someone else but it took a month and a half to get my order fulfilled and as I've come to order many more guns it's a common thing omg all dealers because the sport is so popular and profit isn't exactly what u think it may be is critical to wait times when ordering guns Especially like the megalodon with so many different configurations

Fox air is a great company . You will get what u ordered . It's a matter of say 100 online shops selling the same gun and the factory they're made in only makes so much of each gun and disperses each type to hundreds of stores It's not something that won't end up shipping to u it's par for the course on any airgun especially something new and innovated like the megalodon. Just wait you'll get it😅
