I'm always a fan of workouts that bring on that "flow" moment. When I check the clock and there is still 42 minutes left and then the next time I check there is only 5 minutes left. This one did that for me! 🙌

A great long upper body work it circuit. I finished the first 3 rounds. I save the last part for tomorrow. I split it up to gain more time for a long walk this morning. I had a good first half. 😅 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️

Wow, that was great Tracy! I love a nice 1-hour workout, and what a good format for focusing on the upper body! Lots of shoulders and chest in this one. 😁 And I always love breaking it up with some cardio in between to keep the HR up and also work the lower body a bit. Also, I liked the slow eccentric on that tricep press. It made for a nice burn! 🔥Another one for my "workout fav's" folder! 😃

I did the lower body work it last week so I was looking forward to upper and you didn't disappoint! I'm always so proud when I complete an hour workout because for the longest time I didn't want to take the time to do more than 30 minutes. I prefer shorter workouts to fit in with work/life, but it did go quick. I like the circle chest press. We don't often do chest flyes, are they not as good? Thanks Tracy ❤

They are great! I only do them on a bench for wider ROM. I add them to a lot of the strength members workouts - as most people don't have a bench

Thank you Tracy! I love the combo of getting some steps and strength work in and I love 3 rounds in order to get in the volume per muscle group. I’m considering taking creatine and to be honest it would purely be for aesthetic reasons (I like looking strong and defined) I just wonder if you lose all of the results when you stop taking it?

Not if you continue strength training in a way that is growing muscle, and eating adequate protein. Those are the 2 dominant drivers of muscle synthesis.

I mean, maybe because of the shorter rest period. It depends on your definition of High Intensity Intervals.
