Great lower body workout. Agree with the "move it or lose is " sentiment. All the things that relax the most when sitting are the primary things people develop issues with(neck,shoulders,spine, wrist,hips). Then the legs slowly atrophy which contribute to lower body problems. Daily exercises to address joints and muscles you are weak, tight or immobile in reap HUGE benefits. I'm experiencing this myself with my shoulders. So totally agree with "practising movement." Add resistance training and movement you finr recreational and the later you will thank you. Happy Valentines day blondie. 💘

I’m so thankful for your program. I was getting boxes out of the attic and I almost fell. I truly believe if I didn’t workout, I would have broken something. You are awesome 🫶🙌

The Work It Circuit is always a favorite! 👍Great format: twice through each long strength circuit, with a little cardio move in each. Just enough repetition to get some overload on the muscles, but enough variety to keep it interesting! 😁 Another top quality workout from our lovely, professional Tracy Steen! ❤

Did this one today. I haven't done your workouts in five days after being away. It was a toughy! 🥵 Right when you said your heartrate was 162 after the suitcase squats, I looked at my watch, and mine was the exact same! Great hearts beat alike! 😊

Thanks Tracy! Had to switch the abs in last two circuits to after a strength because heart rate was at 150 plus after the cardio 🎉which is a good thing just too high to lie down 😅 Great sweat!
