Great lower body workout. Agree with the "move it or lose is " sentiment. All the things that relax the most when sitting are the primary things people develop issues with(neck,shoulders,spine, wrist,hips). Then the legs slowly atrophy which contribute to lower body problems. Daily exercises to address joints and muscles you are weak, tight or immobile in reap HUGE benefits. I'm experiencing this myself with my shoulders. So totally agree with "practising movement." Add resistance training and movement you finr recreational and the later you will thank you. The Work It Circuit is always a favorite! 👍Great format: twice through each long strength circuit, with a little cardio move in each.
