It had displays of flowers, as well as a really nice store selling plant accessories of all imaginative kinds. There were still flowers, like roses in some of the areas. I was last in Frankfurt, the hotel was in a shopping center. The train station reminded me very much of it now. I found the waiting time very long. I don't think I would have the patience for it if I were traveling alone. I liked the Thousand Kyoto very much. I like such a modern architectural style.

Thanks for the video Anna. You stayed at a fantastic hotel and the room you had was massive!! Perfect location close to Kyoto Station. I found myself drooling at the excellent food you had at the restaurant LOL!! I've read a lot about the Sagano Romantic Train and want to travel on it but not sure I will have time. There's too many places in the city I am trying to cram into 1 day so I doubt I will ride it 😥. Take care of yourself and enjoy the rest of your week.

@@travelloveranna It does have a lot of places to visit. I think ideally I should stay in Kyoto for 2 or 3 days but I've got friends in Tokyo who want to make the most of spending time with me on my trip in 2023 so I just can't stay there. There's always next time!!

The design is beautiful & I love the bedroom, blinds, control pannel...The shower is nice but the bath is unimpressive (I'd prefer a spa bath) disappointing that the bathrobe wasn't fluffy. I feel there needs to be more freebise/treats included in this price, to make you feel spoiled. Thank you for the details about how to get a ticket for the romantic train & around the superb Kyoto station, The restaurant & breakfast looked wonderful.

This is a very awesome hotel. Your detailed explanation was also good. I would never stand in line at a restaurant or wait for an hour to eat. haha And even though you picked a pajama in a small size, it still looked pretty big when you put it on. haha Always have a safe trip, Anna!

Hello Anna, I think I will definitely try this beautiful hotel when I get to visit Kyoto... It's a bit pricey but it seems worth it. Very luxurious... I think I would choose the American Breakfast over the Japanese one because I am not a big fan of fish at breakfast time but who knows, perhaps someone someday will guide me to help me choose Japanese food for breakfast 😋💖🥰 and yes, the Kyoto train station is very beautiful... Can't wait to visit those places 🙂

Loved the room so spacious...and the pad to control lights ..blinds etc was very cool ...did laugh at you not being able to turn it off though..sorry 🤣. The breakfast and food at Kyoto station looked so good ..made me hungry 🤤. Kyoto station looks impressive and worth a visit on it's own I think ...Tower looked cool too 👍. I stayed there in Feb 2020… the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed to luxury of it!! I wanted to spoil myself. The pricing was pretty great at that time. Just under 400.00 per nite. And it was a bigger different layout! It was right across to]he Kyoto station so easy to walk anywhere!!
