Lovely editing and words! It creates comfort and lightness. Love the idea of watching the sunrise/sunset, clouds, sky, and stargazing! Some other self-care ideas from KZbin channels I like include the channel 2 sister bees, they have a video called saving challenges 530 where they mentioned self-care bingo at 6 minutes into the video, on Mariane Cresp channel she has a video how to use a self-care/break list, Midlife Adulting has a video called self-care kit, and Diane in Denmark has a video hygge baskets where she mentions creating self-care baskets.

I love watching your videos, it gives me so much calm and piece and I love your aesthetics from the way you film to your hime. I am myself a mother of a 17th month old girl and I find it so inspiring how you plan out your day. I know the feeling so well of wanting to be there for your child but to not loose yourself as a person neither. Thank you for inspring me. I am still having a hard time cooking and I realized with your videos that I just don't have the right tools. So I would be really interested to see, what brands you are using and what your favorite tools are.
