I had anorexia from the age 11-13. I recovered from it but the overexercising still haunts me. My body is so burnt out but I’m not allowing myself to rest. That’s why I get sick more often but I don’t allow myself to fully recover. It’s a circle that I can’t break

I’m really sorry. I’ve struggled with anorexia and over exercising and I know it can feel like an endless cycle. But please be careful, recently I pushed myself to the point where I badly injured my shins and was forced to use crutches for awhile. However, this changed my perspective on my body. I realized that the path I had been taking was not healthy and not worth it. I’ve started to eat more and not push my body’s limits. It’s kinda scary and hard sometimes but I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes in my mood and body! I’m praying for you and I hope things get easier soon!

I know you briefly have talked about college, it would be so cool to see you go into health science of some sort if that is a desire of yours. I also love that you brought up how eliminating dairy affected you. I went vegan in highschool (am now 24) and highly correlate my now diagnosed IBS to the damage that diet in conjunction with my eating disorder did to my ability to digest foods. I love to see this healthy mindset at your age, it will really serve you in your lifetime ❤️

Me too. Everyone at my high school was obsessed with binge drinking and there wasn’t any healthy habits we implemented into our lives. I would have loved to of seen healthy KZbin and Tik Tok motivational content at 17.

Just because they're 17 doesn't mean they don't know knowledge, maturing comes from going through experiences, wether it's younger or older people, some people just happen to when they're younger, it's not just your age, ever heard of the saying "You're so mature for your age". ALSO THIS WAS 9 MONTHS AGO. Does she not provide valid information? And did you not read my message properly? I said I saw results, AND I GOT THEM IN A HEALTHY WAY, and have maintained them too. I didn't starve myself, I had a balanced diet and exercised whenever I could, I made my own scedual to work around my work life with balance and time to relax in there too. You DON'T know me, and I DON'T know you, you don't know my life story and things I've gone through and neither do I with you. By the tone you're speaking in it seems your older than 25? (I could be wrong, or you could be a troll account), but you should really keep your opinions to yourself and be more respectful and kind, grow up. You don't know everything.
