Wow. I didn't know how much I needed to hear that. I do find myself trying to wake up early and do certain aesthetic things. And when I wake up later or end up taking a long nap, I feel unaccomplished and down. I often find myself trying to mirror and be like "that girl" and it's like the real me isn't good enough because I don't like avocado toast or matcha and I don't work out at 5am.
