A look at the inside of the bell tent. Unfortunately I had to film this as we were packing so I didn't get chance to show the tent with stove and beds, next time though. As always any questions I'm happy to answer.

Like all the other comments I’ve been debating on which tent to get and your videos helped a ton. Thank you for the detail and your personal opinions! At least I’ll have a better idea of what I’m getting into now.

We've used this tent plenty since this video, it's going to France for a family holiday next week. I will try and get a 'setup' video done if this offers further help. We also have a quatre inner bedroom for our teenage daughter, this adds another dimension to the tent. Good luck and stay safe.

Thank you for the tip on removing the flashing kit before packing to prevent damaging the tent! I have been thinking of adding one and I know I would just have packed it away with the tent without a thought 🤦🏾‍♂️. Your videos helped me pull the trigger on a 5m a few months ago. I appreciate you!

Very informative videos for those considering purchasing a bell tent. We bought one from Bell Tent Boutique earlier this year and have only used it for a few nights but we are well impressed so far. BTB are in Newark which is about 120 miles from here so we decided to take a trip to see one in the flesh so to speak. They are on an industrial estate and hard to find. We drove past it a few times before we found them, there's no signage on the building and if you are considering paying them a visit, they are the first building past a large recycling plant They had a tent set up and we decided to buy one straight away complete with stove so our set up is exactly the same as yours. The staff at BTB were very helpful and couldn't have been nicer My main concern is putting the tent away if it's wet. I may have found the solution. If the tent is dry on the last night on site I intend to take the tent down if it's dry and sleep in a smallish ridge tent, there's only just the two of us The stove works really well, I thought that such a small stove couldn't heat such a large tent but surprisingly it does the job very well. We've not used the tent in really bad weather but judging from the reviews I've read it sheds wind very well due to the shape of the tent. Anybody thinking of buying a bell tent, just do it. You won't regret it.

Thanks David, I agree they are wonderful tents and can be set up for anything from glamping to a quick basic overnight. The only two drawbacks of these tents is the packed weight and the need to be totally bone dry. I would try and utilise the stove (the tent will dry from the internal heat) and plan to pack later in the day where possible. Other than that they are super easy to put up and offer a really welcoming place to enjoy camping. Happy Camping.

It's a shame you filmed it empty, I was looking forward to seeing how you set it up. Having said that, I still haven't filmed my setup video either! Would love to see it all set up if you have time in the future. :)

Thanks, we don't really set up for glamping for the most part. Although running a stove and having rugs down does border on glamping. We will be out over the summer so I will try and get another couple of videos up showing the setup and layout. Good luck and enjoy the canvas.

I’m in the market for a bell tent but not sure between a 4m or 5m. Do you have any videos with stuff in the 5m. Difficult to see the actual size with nothing in it on video

I'd go with the 5m if you want to be able to walk a decent circle around the pole without having to duck your head. I'm going with the 5M for sure but I can see the 4M being much cozier and easier to keep warm in the winter and you can still stand fully albeit only in the center.

How water tight is the tent. What about the price. Thank you!

Sorry I just saw your comment. The tent is very well treated and the canvas is if high quality, I have no concerns in this regard. The price may be a lot for some people, but you can easily pay this for a half decent nylon frame tent that simply doesn't offer the same experience. Bell tents are just much more fun to camp in. Check out Bell Tent Boutique for prices. If you are looking for a deal, I would suggest waiting until the off season and buying while the offers are on. This also leaves time to buy any accessories you may need if you are new to camping. Finally, you do need a good flat pitch to get the tent set up properly and get the best from its design. Just a point to consider. Good Luck, and apologies for the late reply.
