I think You GET IT ! Great design !! Very liveable & loveable !! Simple and straight to the point !Thanks for not including a four foot windows everywhere possible ! Only gripe is the bathroom ( needs a shower pan ) not a biggie , just a pet peeve !

Great design. The side door entry is a nice touch, especially if using this for 1 bed street facing apartments. You can leave the door open without passers by looking in. Thanks for sharing 😎

Mas maaliwalas po kung gawan ng malaking window sa dining area na pwede upuan para pong extention ng dining seats. DREAM ko po yun. Pwede dn pong reading area at maganda po sya sa mga bata para silang nakakulong don hehe Lalo na po kung andun sya sa corner. Wow. Tabi nalang fridge dun sa lababo. Ok na ok to samen ng anak ko, Salamat po.

planning to use this design but with a little alteration. i am planning to use this for apartment. I am planning to put a balcony in the bedroom and put the front door in the area where the living room aircon is located . the floor area is 4x6 sqm.

Inside wall is 100mm thk and outside wall is 150mm thk.

I have used wood boards for the ceiling and for the foundation is only basic foundation since it's a tiny house only.. column footing and wall footing all are on minimum deep..

Sir , please , can you modify the house design ? but you keep 5m x 4 m . I want the bedroom to go upstairs , the living room , the kitchen, and bathroom stay downstairs . But you make the kitchen bigger in a separate room . samething for the bathroom and living room , much larger .

More or less asa 400k lng po.. mejo maliit lng po area saka simple lng naman po design.. Kung ganitong size lng po gusto nyo magbudget nlng po kau Ng 500k safe na po yan.. thank you 😊

Kasama na saka toilet fixtures, di kasama furnitures. Consult din po kau local architect or contractor para mas maguide kau sa budget..

i did some actual price calculation, it could get as cheap as 50-80k . or 100k if you want it to look really gorgeous. i will use 100k more for the solar panel system (10k each) to be virtually off-grid meaning no electricity costs for 5-20 years. then a well with a pump for additional 20k. so guys you can actually get this for half the price with free electricity and water :)

MOSTLY great, nice bedroom✔ BUT..... no matter how u look at it, the shower is STILL half way over the toilet!! So a "corner" shower stall is the only solution. Also, there should be NO full-swing doors inside a house this small! It makes no sense to take up MORE space unnecessarily. The bedroom & bathroom should have "Pocket" doors! Lastly, I'm not loving the refrigerator in the corner, but I understand that dining is nice by a window💕 Please try again📐📏🖊
