Do you guys have any idea why does start to leak so soon? I have a 2010 SS Camaro also it started to leak with only 4300 miles on it! It has low miles because when I bought it in 2016 it had only 1090 miles. I don't drive it a lot because I keep in my second home. I use it only twice every year. That's when I go to Florida. I took it to the dealer and they told me that it could the main rear seal. The worst thing about it is that they want to charge me $2,095.00 just to change out . A seal that costs only $25.00. This so is ridiculous! I was so mad that I just bolted out there pissed. I then spoke another mechanic in my area he suggested that I pour some type of liquid that I can't remember the name right now. He said that it should help will stop it. I did that and as soon as I got back it six months. I put cardboard under the car and six months later when returned back To florida I found it had just a very small spot oil on the cardboard. So what do you guys think?

From what you are describing, it seems that the car has sat for a while. With such low mileage the seal could have dried out and then from there the leak started. Unfortunately there is no "quick fix" that will take care of the leak other then changing the seal.
