5x8 vs 5x10 Teardrop Trailers

We are owners of a 4x8 teardrop. Thought we should provide our two cents. Anything 5-ft wide in our opinion is better than 4 ft. And if you're like us you will probably get two footitis so you might as well go for the 5x10 so you have no regrets. However make sure you measure your garage space first. Our 4x8 fits perfectly in our garage which we love and if it was 10 ft long it probably wouldn't fit. The stainless steel surface in the galley would be a great addition as well. also if you have the ability to get the roof rack and an awning you won't regret it. And for us two doors is a must!

Randomly we started with a 4 x 8 and one camping trip is all it took. The 4 x 8 was sold and we now have a 5 x 8

Can the roof support a RTT? My kids are too tall for the 5ft bunk, but I love the idea of them sleeping upstairs in "the penthouse". It's not clear to me how the gravity sink works. How does that water container connect to the faucet below? Where does the sink drain go to?

Elizabeth Eaton yep, 950lb & 1,200lb which is about as light as a camper gets. Most of our customers drive Subaru’s and Rav 4s

You need to add a conventional electrical plug-in inside the cabin for radio or music or what have you like extra charging stations or computer
