How much have you earned if you don't mind my asking? Also how much did you have to pay to haul loads to the city dump? Did you have to pay to discard the tires?

@@fyziotrails Sometimes items are worth far more than we think. Seven or 8 years ago I saw two dirty chairs at my brother's house and told him I could clean them up for auction and maybe earn $500+. He said okay. The two chairs sold for just over $9,000! I wonder what value your items have?$?$💰💰💰💰💵💵💸💸💸

Did you live in this area before? We’re in a similar position, buying cheap and site unseen but I’m nervous about leaving family and friends. Curious what your thoughts were on that

We have not lived in this area before. We have been moving about every 6 months around the country for the past four years, and so we are used to being away from our family and friends. It is hard though, especially with little kids. (We never get a break...) We have learned to make friends quickly and build a community through church and library programs, etc. Where are you moving from and where are you headed? Best of luck!! :)

Probably in a not very desirable location, that's usually the key to amazingly cheap property. The state of the house and yard doesn't help either but the main factor is location.

Hubby was out there in flip flops, he is was just begging for some kind of blood poisoning I don't know what LOL I bet you guys had tons of metal. I know I would have just wanted it gone but I have seen on You Tube people get hundreds if not a thousand for all of the metals.
