You don't have to take the cab off. Just remove the 6 cabbolts don't use an air hammer it will dislodge. The body nuts and cause the bolts to spin in the frame. Now just jack up the cab and front clip. You should be able to get 6 to 8 inches of clearance at the back of the turbo just watch wear all your linkage, and wire harness. Rad pipes, trans connection, E break, etc... But that will help tones

For space to get the up pipe in and out. And you have to pull the cab to get the factory down pipe out. Or you can cut it so it will slide out. The new ones are 2 pieces.

u ever find out im looking at manifold for my 05 6.0 everything im seeing says spend the extra dooh on the BD ones theyre way better

@@guiltyasaccussed6449 that’s what I was told too and those were the ones I went with. They have been on for a year or so far I have been very happy with them. Mine was a cab off deal and I had a bunch of broke manifold bolts so I had someone do the install and that’s all he will sell as far as aftermarket go.
