Quick question, I have a 95 C3500 Turbo Diesel, my oil pressure always idles below half the pressure, about a line under, or two when Idle, is that normal? why is yours at 3/4 the way in? I also have an 03 Chevy Trailblazer, and the oil pressure on that one is usually close to 3/4 as well, my C3500 hauls like a champ nonetheless...

I would look into a K47 air box. Being theres no intercooler, your pulling hot air as it is. Also, and open CDR like that is leaving pressure isnt opening the regulator valve in the CDR which is vacuum operated obviously..leaving pressure in the crankcase. K47 airbox will set you straight. Other than that, clean HX40 swap.

Agree on the air box but the cdr valve is not vacuum operated it is normally open and if vacuum gets too high it will close to prevent damage. Leaving it open dose nothing but make a mess lol

need intercoolers to make use of boost, unless u use methanol injection too. the extra heat can reduce density, so u may even see and extra 10 psi boost,, but be delivering less air because its so hot.

nice setup.......but have you thought about an intercooler? i know theres not a lot of space if youre running the std fan and the plumbing can be fairly long but it would get more again out of the beast.... ive got an hx35 on mine and the intercooler helps the intake temp' as well as the power...
