Current Weight: 239.0 lbsLast Week Weight: 239.0 lbsWeight is the same, however the average weight is higher for the week and solidifying more at this body weight.This week I was anticipating pulling food back to start the dieting process. Still thinking on it for the day as condition is like 3 weeks out lol. Might wait till Friday instead.
Gym progression is still moving upward which corroborates quality body weight increase is happening.Will have to sit on this for the day compare back on past preps and decide later in the day. Might need @noswitchfitness to be a second eye of reason as well.TDD: 320p 545c 50f
