Call me old fashioned but I love multiple sets to go heavier and lock into the form with each set. This was one of my faves. The kneeling moves towards the ends of the sets really had me focus on my core. You are the best, Kaykay! 💪🎉❤

I'm really resting today😊... No jumping means a "🥵🔥🥵🔥" exercise program. With the heat wave hitting the US East Coast this will definitely be "lit /fire♨️ & sweaty 💦.
