Hi Quinetta! **I'm not a professionaI** But here is what I used; Clairol professionals pure white developer /30 volume and Clairol Professional BW 2 powder lightener. Only on the bottom of her hair. I watched it to see the desirsed color then washed it out. There are directions on both continers. Hope that helps!
