I live well below my means because I don't like having financial stress. Even when I sometimes splurge on something, my level of happiness returns to it's baseline after a certain amount of time. Hopefully more people learned to live below their means so they can invest and grow wealth! Awesome video as always 👏👍

I agree, if you live below our means the occasional splurge is totally fine!

True. I spend thinking it will relieve my stress and then I get stressed out when my bank account is low. I feel the most at ease when I see those dollar signs growing in my account.

Living a frugal life means realizing that you don’t need much for your existence. If you have less, you have less worries - this is my motto throughout life, because I have always been an anti consumer and materialist. You have very well defined the benefits of frugal life ❤️

Frugality is definitely the way to go! Our culture though is very much into image, spending, and debt. It's well worth resisting the societal messages I think for our own well-being.

In truth I have a naturally frugal mindset, which I suspect comes from my upbringing. I honestly feel uneasy with needless spending, so I actually do the opposite to an extent and have to push myself to invest more

I think going along with these, people need to understand, you can't let yourself "forget" the alternative. Like, you become frugal, start to stress less about money, then forget what it was like to be in debt and end up right back in it.
