I was looking for something that didn't have any gym equipment but for a non-gym rat, I wanted to comment that I like the tip on the lunges and the release on the pushups. Those are two exercises I commonly avoid for all the same reasons you mentioned. I was amazed that I could do not only multiple full body push ups but more than one set. Historically, this one I struggle with even in modified form. The release was the perfect tip for form. Thanks.

TY! I can’t afford a gym membership so any at home exercise is very welcomed ☺️

Any good alternative to chin ups and dips if you have no access to a bar or two parallel horizontal bars? Preferably also maintaining contact to the ground also?

Sal didn't call this out, but something that I see people do during a sit up is arch their neck in the movement, and Sal's demonstration showed his neck nice and strait

Doing the sit up is not a good exercise, its in fact it one of the ones not to do, it is not good for the spine, the best one is crunch where you attempt to do sit up but do not raise your lower back off the floor, lot of misinformation out there so listen and read widely

Sadly, I can't do Justin's 2 exercises at home that he performed. I will have to replace those pull ups and dips with other body weight workouts. But I love the video guys.💪

Find a low tree and one you can grip with your hands and that pretty flat like a bar but thats also strong enough to hold ur weight and do pull ups or make ur own pull up bar out of tough wood

"You've got nothing what are the best exercises"....well here at the pull up bar and the dip station!🤦♂ If you've actually got no kit the "pull" exercises are the most difficult. Get an old bat towel and do isometrics. Stand on it for bicep curls. Sit and loop it round your feet for rows. Etc. Etc.

In the beginning of the video you guys say, "no gym or equipment." So how am I going to do pull ups or chin ups and dips with no equipment? The last 2 exercise didnt work for me. But the other 4 did.
