Simple method for inverted rows: Lie on your back under a sturdy kitchen table. Line up your chest with the edge of the table. Reach up and grab onto the top of the table and pull your chest upward towards the bottom of the table. As the instructor lstated in this video, bend at the knees for an easier pull and straighten your legs for a harder pull. Keep your back straight and don't sag your posture. This works well and it requires very little set up. Just push a few chairs out of the way, climb under the table and go.

@@kidplay-os6ot Not really. That 100 a day was for July. Very difficult. Then I found out 1000 in the month of July was sufficient, managed to go over that! Bonus is, I could only do 10 press ups and 20 sit ups, now I can do 20 press ups and 40 sit ups!

Great video, just what I’m looking for as I start out…especially at an older age (50+). One question though (maybe I missed it) how often should I do these exercises and should I do all of them each time or do I alternate? Thanks!

Great video. I did not see sit-ups in the list. Do you not recommend them?
