❓❔ Love your videos. In preparation for learning clarinet I am trying a Nova DooD. Please may I ask an embarrassing question? Is my instrument meant to be dripping like a car exhaust, on a frosty morning? 🙄 I realise my mouth shape needs work as I'm brand new and still have so much to learn, but wanted to ask if my instrument is supposed to drop this much, or if it's part of something I need to do differently? The is so much for all your videos.

Do you mean condensation? I have to swab like every 5-10 mins of playing...

Hi Cally I'm sorry you were sick! it's been a while tho, I hope you're back to normal now? Oh did the doctor say you have to stop drinking coffee for a while? Anyways I really appreciate your channel and you. The exercises are well beyond me, I started clarinet a few weeks ago 😅😅😅 I spent some time during Christmas watching your videos and tutorials, mostly admiring your sound haha. Sorry I don't even know how to DM on YT 😂 All the best Cally and thank you!

I think I'm doing better, and actually I did cut back on coffee for awhile haha. Welcome to the world of clarinet - you're going to have a lot of fun. I wish my channel had a more specific progression of skill level, but I'm working on a few things at the moment to hopefully organize my videos & exercises into different levels. Anyway, you may find the video from today something to work toward once you learn a few more notes; it doesn't go over the break so it's a good warm up for someone who is a bit newer on clarinet: kzbin.info/www/bejne/m2O0Z3x9qduVnckfeature=shared

Which Low E are you using for the first few measures in the low note klose exercise? Are you going back and forth between R hand low E and left hand pinky? Thanks!

Right hand B. Probably not a bad idea to practice both, though!
