Your comment is very interesting, Charlie. I am quite the opposite. I find deep, raspy voices that rise on occasion and crack in emotion to be very highly attractive. I like Lauren Bacall's voice as well as Debra Winger's. I don't find high pitched voices to be as attractive. I might like someone in spite of speaking in a high voice, but it's a turn-off in itself. A number of my girlfriends have been smokers, which heightens this effect that I like. Strangely, they also drive standard transmissions. I don't know what is going on there.

I was always very socially inept. Due to my learned negative attitude toward girls growing up, I would usually either be completely non-reactive and confused as to why they were talking to me, or be just cold and/or rude to make them get away from me. In 2017 - at age 45 and 15 years into marriage - I, out of curiosity, started studying PUA, social dynamics, social cues, sex, etc. on YT and books and I realized how many times over the decades girls had tried to get my attention and I didn't see it. I missed out on dozens of opportunities to be with some wonderful girls. This realization caused me to go into some deep depressive states knowing what I missed in life. I see guys in these forums complain that girls never approach - how wrong they are. Now that I've learned over the last few years the signs (IoIs) to look for, I see them everywhere and recognize when a woman is trying to make an approach as well as just have much improved social/professional interactions. It's not hard, but it takes learning and practice because they are usually very subtle. I just wish someone had taught me this stuff when I was like 15yo - it would have saved me a lot of loneliness and depression.

Seriously. This has also happened to me before, but I'm fortunate that I still have time (30). Before covid hit, I was learning all of these signs. Now I'm having to relearn everything. I also noticed the signs are super obvious when you're not interested in the girl. Great chance to study/learn her body language. I also noticed when I'm my most confident (in shape, well-dressed, etc.) the signs become more apparent with even the girls that you are interested (mostly because they signal their interests harder due to liking what they see).

I've never had this problem. I always know when a woman is in to me. Women try to send signs because they aren't outwardly aggressive about it. I think women don't typically know when a guy is into them if he isn't aggressive about it. Women assume if you're not fawning all over them, you must not be interested.

Let me add a few more. #8 she is giggling all the time at anything you say. #9 Suddenly she becomes *extra* talkative. #10 she is rubbing her glass. If you see any of these my friend, you are in solid territory. Regarding touching... Another solid hint. But not every girl will break the "touch barrier" first. Can’t remember if it was as How to Beast or Teaching Men’s Fashion that I was watching, but one or both of them gave good tips for maintaining eye contact. I’m excited to try these out next time I approach a girl! The first one is to look around the girl’s face when you’re talking to her and not just her eyes. That way it doesn’t feel like you’re giving her a death stare. The second tip is to look off to the side instead of looking down while talking to her because it gives off a more confident body language

If a girl giggles or her voice goes soft, it’s a good sign. She is subconsciously trying to appear more feminine. Look at the vid on Teddy’s channel where He gives Courtney the Rado Captain Cook. Hear her voice change in pitch around Teddy, she goes super soft and girly submissive. As for eye contact, yes, if a girl likes you, as long as she’s not super shy she will return it. And if she is she’ll often look away but then look back to check you are still looking at her. You can even gauge attraction by seeing if she starts fidgeting or playing with her hair (again subconsciously indicating femininity). There’s a girl I know, if I give her strong eye contact into her left eye, she’ll start playing with the hair on that side. If I shift to the right, so will her fidgeting. If I wasn’t married……….

While all of these signs are likely to indicate whether a girl is responding to your advances, the main thing is not working from the outside in but rather from the inside out. Do you, as the man, feel inextricably drawn to her so that you feel that you cannot live without her? If so, you can win her over in most cases whether she responds positively at first, but very likely she will respond positively fairly quickly. This is something that you should feel internally. I am speaking only of romantic love, not lust. Lust is a different story and for that you do need to reply more on these outward signs. In the case of lust, you would, in most cases, seek to hide your dishonorable intentions from her. In love, you can uses these outward signs as confirmation, but the main thing is how you feel, not how she feels at first. The man is the initiator and the woman is the responder; the man is the one who falls in love, not the woman. If the woman does initiate the interaction, then be very careful because women tend to be attracted to differences, not so much similarities. Many are also emphasizing a sexual attraction, not a personal attraction. If you are only interested in a sexual fling, then this girl is more of what you are looking for. Again ( in reference to other comments that I have made reacting to Courtney's analysis), women are sexually drawn to men who are significantly different from them as a rule because the genetic differences produce healthier children. This is an unconscious draw, but it is there and has been shown to be in studies such as women finding men's sweaty t-shirts who are very different from them genetically to be more appealing in terms of scent. This is also a big reason why women many times having a hard time being attracted to a man who is their close friend. The man might be very good looking and have a lot going for him, but she has a hard time opening up to him physically because he is more similar to her in temperament, which is also genetically determined. Such a man is best for her and for him, but the match is rooted more in compatibility rather than complementarity. The former is more important to men while the latter is more important to a woman. Incidentally, typically the reason that a man is only friends with a woman is because she is not good looking enough or there is some barrier to a romantic relationship such as one or both of them being married and moral. But in most cases, but not all, complementarity if it becomes too pronounced leads to conflict, misunderstanding, and alienation. See Jane Austen novels for how these issues play out. She was very realistic in pointing out how women are naturally drawn to the wrong man as they overlook or are even repulsed initially by the right man for her and her for him. Mr. Darcy was right for Lizzy all along, never George Wickham who was not only different but was a scoundrel. Many women tend also to be drawn to scoundrels. From my own experience, even though I am hardly a scoundrel, leftwing women who make the best mates for me find my conservative beliefs to be evil and so view me as a type of scoundrel.

I think one must also consider the context of the individual. For example, some people did not grow up in a physically affectionate home, and don't practice it a lot in their personal lives, so if they're into you, them not touching you isn't a sign, it's just her norm. I've been in this situation before, and I will naturally reach out to touch her, be close to her, and hug her when I feel like it, and she never responds badly to it. Some people are just not good with touch, but if you touch her and she doesn't react well, that is likely a sign, because though she may not be good with touch, as in, feeling comfortable about reaching out to touch you, when you touch her she will know very quickly if this is comfortable or not. I noticed that the more I touched her, the more she would feel comfortable inserting herself into my personal space.

What no one has been able to my satisfaction answer me is do most of the women in question actually consciously know what they are doing when they "play with their hair, shift their feet or position their body in your direction? I want and need a woman who is honestly conscious of her own desire for me first. One thing I had noticed when I was dating, in every one of the women I had ever met before taking out. Guys, that whole "making the first move" thing is not really all that accurate. Or at least it isn't when you're in person meeting someone as we had to do in pre-internet dating apps. The first move is a woman's move. That's why it is important for men to keep on their frame, which involves head and eyes forward. Intentionally make eye contact. When you do this, a woman will look back at you and smile if she is at all interested in you. Look at her and smile back. What happens next determines if she is just being polite, or if she wants pursued. Once you've smiled back at her, she will often show teeth in response, and then playfully glance away. There is your window of opportunity. She wants to be pursued. And smart people like me will look at her left had for, gee, I don't know, to look for a wedding ring, or marks suggesting she was wearing one. And let's not bullshit around here, if she has a ring, go no further. Be a man of character, and keep on your frame. If she has the indent and signs she either was wearing one, or stopped wearing one, leave that one on the lot. It's better to look quickly for disqualifying criteria beforehand than to learn it afterward. I haven't dated in a long long time. I haven't dated in the 12 years since my last divorce because I'm tired of it. And prior to that, I hadn't stepped out on my wife during the 3 years of courtship or 7 years of marriage. I'm sure a lot has changed. Now it's a matter of swiping left or right, and today's men and women are on a pathway to Hell, never knowing how to be real men or women, and take care of their business in person.

I think most of these are true, I sensed a coworker liked me but she had a boyfriend (lived with) so I was never sure, I just sensed she wasn't 100% happy. We had good rapport, chemistry, but it was a waiting game to see. Then one day she told me she missed me out of the blue, and another night at work she just said very quickly to me " I love you". Generally you can sense it and you know.

So I have a bit of a confusing situation. I've been seeing someone, either "just friends" or "not just friends, but nothing more yet," I'm not sure which. She's said in the past that she's not looking to date right now, but: 1. She often sits with her knees pointed toward me. 2. Eye contact is good. 3. She often initiates text conversations. 4. And other things. But, when we sit next to each other in a restaurant booth, she puts her purse between us, which of course sounds like it indicates no interest. There are a good deal more positive indications than negative. I know it should be obvious when someone is interested, but this one's really hard to figure out. And a general question: How much of what's discussed in your videos, Courtney, might vary depending on what country someone grew up in?

I just left a job interview with a really attractive young lady, I'm about 20 years her senior at 52. It was easily the best interview I've ever had, as she was really easy to talk to, as well as being easy on the eyes. I'm older, but I'm still in decent shape. I certainly wasn't flirtatious with her, as I am married, but i did notice that she was twirling her hair during most of the interview. She was a highly confident woman, so I doubt she was nervous. Great vid Courtney. I often wonder if it works the same way for women with mirroring. If you are interacting with a man, and you notice him start to mirror your movements, is that a sign that you're building some connection or rapport? Or is it more like a lead-follow dynamic, where it only shows connection or rapport if the woman is sort of subconsciously doing it in response to a man's gestures or expressions? I find i've been able to put people (women included) at ease, by smiling or laughing when they do, or going "oh no!" and doing a mock facepalm suchlike when they relate an embarrassing incident. So I just wondered. Looking for the "tells"....

I heard that a woman playing with her hair is the same emotional response as a man stroking his beard, and that an actual sign was her showing her neck to you, which is funny because some decent bird working at Sainsburys did that to me the next day, but I was wearing new clothes, had a hair cut and stunk of weed. well, if im on a date i never go to the movies or a concert or group dates...Its not good because basically you wonnt be talking during the movie or concerts or when her friends are there! Also NEVER do group dates with her friends don't meet her friends because woman always have something negative to say! Be alone with her so you will be in a intimate setting, may lead her to touching and kissing and 1 thing leads to another with the beast with 2 backs! Yes! The chest bumps/redness. This almost got me tangled up with the law when I was a teen. Wearing a sleeveless undershirt, driving a loud, multi-colored car with all the windows rolled down on a scorching Texas summer day; could I look any more like I sell prohibited substances? So I'm kinda bad at picking up signs directed at me, but my best friend of a little under a year is always teasing me, hitting me playfully, she bites my shoulder when I hug her, we always make strong eye contact when talking, and every time I'm at her house for a few hours and she starts watching things on her phone she'll sit or lay in ways that makes me have to lean against her or put my arm around her to see the videos, I would usually just assume she's into me because of these things, but when people around us talk about why we aren't dating or if we are she'll look at me and say we're just friends, so it's kind of confusing, but I've also asked why she wouldn't date me and her only answer is "I just wouldn't" or she'll try to change the topic, can anyone give me a little insight on your thoughts, it would be greatly appreciated 😅

There’s this girl at work who does every sign a girl like you. She mirrors my body movements, offers me her food, touches me a lot or hits me when we’re joking on each other, always stands so close to me where we’re rubbing arms, or when we’re working together passes by me and rubs against me even if there’s a lot of room to walk, always wants to partner up, even another female coworker mumbled that she likes me the other day BUT she has a bf.
