6 Creepy Games That Scared Me SO BAD!

My top 6 list of 6 games that scared the crap out of me since the age of 6. From the Sinclair ZX Spectrum to Amiga, PC and more, there are loads of "horror" games on retro systems, but no video game has scared me more than these 6 (probably haunted) titles.

My childhood scary gaming list: Alien Trilogy PSX Resident Evil 2 PSX Doom PSX (basically Doom but turn into a horror game, it's awesome) The Lost World Jurassic Park PSX (when I played as the hunter, the trex gave me recurring nightmares for a while...) Urban Runner PC ^^

Great list! RE2 is a classic but I always found the first one more creepy.

I'm confused. I'm an old git and I had a Spectrum as a kid. I'm guessing you must have been playing one VERY late in it's life cycle or you have an incredible skin care routine! Really enjoying your content mate.

Haha thanks. I’m 40. So I probably got in on the new fangled computer thing earlier than some but later than others. I got my Spectrum 48K+ Christmas 1989. It was my life for at least 2 years until I got a Mega Drive in 1992.

@@NewRetroAdventures lookin good on it anyway! I'd have you down as early 30's. My first was a ZX81 which I convinced my parents pretty quickly was rubbish and we needed a 48k Speccy. I don't even want to think what year that was.

Night Breed on the Amiga was a scary one for a young me back in the day…..I was also very scared of the clown character on ‘Narc’ on the Amiga 😅😅😅

I took another look at Night Breed for this video, but it wasn’t how I remembered it. I think there’s another Amiga game out there I can’t place that scared me. There was a running section that was sort of like an animated sequence. It might be a later Night Breed level. I remember NARC but not a clown, clearly it didn’t make much of an impression 😆

Just found your channel today. Great content. Love the fact the are into the same stuff I am. Will you be getting an Analog Pocket because you made up with the MiSTer. Now in terms of a game that scares, Rescue on Fractalus on the Atari 800 or C64, that game made us scream out back in the day

Thanks! Oh man, I had a pre order for the Pocket in but cancelled it, this was before I started the channel. I will definitely get one at some point though, that thing is bonkers! I haven't played Rescue on Fractalus, great suggestion. I've been meaning to get around to it. Some cool graphics for the time.
