1. Giving teens unrestricted access to social media before the age of 16. 2. Not letting teens take independent decisions. Especially in choosing extra curricular activites, managing schedule, friends etc 3. Pushing kids in a particular career that doesn't align with their interest and skills. 4. Failing to assign teens to age appropriate responsibilities - family contribution. 5. Not choosing professional help early enough - coach/councellor/therapist. It might not be just a phase. 6. Not taking care of one's own self. Exercise/hobby/or simply time off.
