Slow cooker meals are great for ADHD brains, because it doesn't matter if you forget about dinner cooking! I burn suit all the time. Slow cooker freezer meals are the best, I add extra veggies to my meals so I don't even have to think about a side. Also, meat is really expensive in Australia, but I buy my veggies in bulk, I get second/ reject boxes, one day a fortnight I do freezer meals and then I don't have to think about dinner for a fortnight. Most of these recipes could be frozen.

Hi Julia, those are such good recipes and easy, too! I wanted to mention something about the spaghetti sauce. It is so important to put sugar in a tomato based sauce as this because the sugar neutralizes the acidity in the tomatoes and makes a HUGE difference in the sauce. My ex-husband taught me that a very long time ago and also the cinnamon as well. It sounds so weird, but it makes a huge difference.

I made the bbq chicken today, so good! Never thought to add Italian dressing. But the coleslaw... so delicious! I'm the only one in my home who likes coleslaw, but I made it in the morning and snacked on it all afternoon. Most store bought coleslaw I don't like, but this was easy and so delicious, thank you! I made the spaghetti, side salad and garlic bread for dinner tonight and my boyfriend & 2 kids under 2 loved it!! Thank you so much, this recipe will be on of my go-tos! @@JuliaPacheco Thank you Julia, so far it’s been a great week, I survived having my 1st cataract surgery, I was so afraid over it but it was a breeze and I can see clearly from my right eye which is a joy. If you do dressing first in the same bowl mix than add coleslaw less dishes and easier to mix. 🤗 Don't have to use another bowl but can mix better.
