if you cant use gas hobs, try this with microwave oven, 1 cup rice (i use short) to two cups cold water in a bowl, no lid on and cook at full power for 17 mins after than take ric4e bowl out, stir up and put lid on wait 10 mins, always cook to perfection for me, those recipes looks yummy

Hallo ms May I know how to refrigerate the rice, By portion or just 1 container? And I will ask also how to you store the crabstick, shiso leaf and another vegetable, Because you cook just a bit portion 😊🙏 Arigatou
@JapaneseCookingChannel
@JapaneseCookingChannel 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much!! Please store rice in separate portions for each amount you want to use. And, I just store crabstick in the bag without separating it. For shiso leaf, keep the water soaking the root of the shiso so that it will last longer! Please let me know if you have more questions!😊 Arigatou gozaimasu🙏

What exactly is dashi? Like our chicken fish beff or vegetable stock?
@JapaneseCookingChannel
@JapaneseCookingChannel Жыл бұрын
Dashi is made from dried bonito flakes or kombu, or even both. Sometimes it's made from other ingredients such as dried shiitake mushrooms. Dashi is a soup or dashi powder often used in Japanese cuisine. It contains umami ingredients that enhance the flavor of the dish.
