I love your channel! Our family owns a Thai restaurant, and for anyone wanting to try the beef salad, a couple things to adjust (if desired) would be 1) add tamarind juice (soak the de-shelled tamarind and then remove seeds and fibrous part so you're only left with pulp, then squeeze to juice it) and 2) add rice powder (toast rice on pan/wok then use a food processor grind to a powder). Thai basil shouldn't be skipped if basil is available!

What an amazing, delightful. spectacle , my Joel!!❤ What stunning results!! ❤With a taste that I KNOW, because I adore the Thai kitchen, which I consider has a very refined taste, maybe of the lime and the coconut oil always included , that are not only tasty and perfumed, but healthy, too! Personally I have tried only the beef salad, but with chicken breast. Just out of my taste intuition! Trying to mimic the restaurant recipe. But your magnificent procedure convinced me, that I used the right ingredients!! Yesss!! I will proceed to realize the first 4 recipes, which I vote as the best and healthiest!! Not meaning that the rest are inferior, naturally. Only meaning , that the after 50s, should choose a bit less of deep fried ( adorable) dishes!!❤❤❤
