I agree with Milstead and Union. Bedlam is a cool spot. But not so good coffee. The others are kind of played out, and borderline chain. Especially Stumptown.

Beautiful video! In Alaska almost all we have are coffee huts. I just made a video on it but they aren’t anywhere near as nice as these. You just drive by and snag your coffee before the -30 temp hits you!

I live fifteen minutes from Pegasus and it's one of my favorites! But my #1 fav coffee shop is in Capitol Hill and it's called Cafe Solstice. Their lattes are absolutely incredible

The best coffee in Seattle/Bellevue is Fonte coffee and get their Turkish latte with almond milk. They also have a Sage Latte and Aztec mocha that are good too. But try the Turkish latte first!

So I live in Seattle and let me tell you that what you are getting is about a $12 coffee that is mediocre. Also, disappointed that NEKO, A Cat Cafe and Bar didnt get on there. I used to work for them and I mean... coffee and cats? What more could you want?

Ok the real deal in Seattle is Java Bean in Ballard. Their Chai is the best and they have bagel sandwiches called eggels which are addictive. I swear there is no better breakfast in this world. I’ve frequented there for almost 10 years.

Doctor in Training Chaco Canyon in the University District! They're an organic cafe and feature creative vegan/raw dishes that are delicious. I'm not vegan, but they are one of my favorite restaurants here in Seattle! They also have locations in West Seattle and Greenwood (North Seattle area). Plum Bistro is another great option! If you're down in Pike Place Market and want a tasty pastry, go to Cinnamon Works - they have quite a few vegan options. The Cookie Counter in Greenwood/Phinney Ridge is also amazing! They are all-vegan and do not use processed fake butters. They use more whole ingredients instead. Their homemade pop-tarts are so, so good (and I don't even like pop-tarts!).
