all the currently available victorinox knives are "inox" it is short for "inoxydable" and stands for stainless steel. it used to be stamped on the blades long before victorinox released their watch line. so the knife is an alox model with inox blades and tools.

Outdoors load out! I definitely change my carry anytime I head out into the BC mountains! Just a pocket dump though no backpack loadout. I tend to carry my essentials so that even if I buff it off a cliff and lose my backpack I'll have most of what I need to survive

Have you done a video on multitool comparison? Personally, I carry a Leatherman OHT because I’m a stagehand and on a ladder a lot, so I need everything to be one-hand open. I love seeing multitools in an EDC and justification for why one prefers a particular make and model over another

You should pick the colored themes. As much as a fan I am of the all leather all wood all copper edc’s I still really enjoy when people have same color knife scales as light and hanky and wallet. Some coordinate entire carry and I think that takes much more work then just grabbing your fav gear

Next week’s theme should be Urban EDC! I find that I look through articles for urban carry items, which often limit knife sizes (e.g, under 4 inches in NYC) and knife types (such as prohibited gravity knives in NYC). I’d be curious what other folks carry in big cities. It’s a good theme! I hope you do it.

Wolfgang Carter I carry a Kabar BK-14. It’s just small enough to slip into a pocket but big enough for most tasks. I’ve been able to split some wood for kindling and it handles really well.
