I have a commercial pressure cleaner. You need to get 4 tips in your surface cleaner and go both ways across the surface. Make sure you have a high flow rate rather than high pressure to avoid etching lines. Make sure you get the nozzles tuned for your set up and it does a far superior job in a fraction of the time. Play it in slow mo rather than high speed if you need the film time:P Sounds better on your back and shoulders too. Well done nonetheless.

@iandwyer02033 жыл бұрын
With a surface cleaner this job takes maybe an hour. The stripes he mentioned can be prevented by using a circular motion, and/or post treating the concrete with 3-4% SH. The size of the surface cleaner relative to the gallons per minute of your machine will also determine how effective it is.
@jonsmith12593 жыл бұрын
@@iandwyer0203 From what I am learning, once the surface cleaner is used, give it a quick follow up spray with the nozzle to blast away the stripes.
@iandwyer02033 жыл бұрын
@@jonsmith1259 No. After you clean, spray it with 4% SH in a pump sprayer, or use a circular method with the surface cleaner. The stripes come from over lap and are areas that have actually been hit more than others. Hitting it with a wand will not change the stripes, only make them worse. If you’re saying don’t overlap and leave a small dirty stripe between passes, that’s going to be slow and inefficient, and may leave stripes from the wand anyway.

Whats more impressive is that the man drew the like button and bell icon, upside down, in a way that it was pointed towards the camera. Doing all of this with a powerwasher

I see you already have some specialized attachments for it like that edge tool, but I cannot recommend enough a surface cleaner!!! it would have cut the time in half and will save your back!

There are things that increase the value on a house and I would think that power washing, as you have just done, would be one of those. Nice work. I laughed at your artwork and comments, glad you have fun while working.
