6. Interview with Dr. Ana Cobo: What does fertility preservation mean in modern society?

In this interview PhD. Ana Cobo, Director of the Cryobiology and cryopreservation Unit at the IVI Valencia Clinic, tells us what fertility preservation mean in modern society.
Ana has a degree in Bacteriology and Clinical Laboratory and a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Chile, and a Master’s Degree in Human Reproduction and a Doctorate from the University of Valencia.
Her work had a huge impact in the field of cryopreservation, playing an important role in the “universalization” of vitrification. She’s participated in different research projects funded by the regional and state government. She has also been part of more than 47 congress communications, she has 4 books as co-editor, 30 book chapters and 45 original articles in international journals.
