This is what I exactly need for my basketball game and mentally, and getting prepared for next level of basketball. You don't need to practice on your own, but if it seems that way. Go with it, be the best player you can be yesterday, and become the best player you can be.

Thank you I needed this one. I been playing 1.5 years( no coach, only played streetball) and honestly the only thing that got me better is consistency (I play games 2-3hrs a day). Lately I got studies in my way, and I’m starting to play like trash due to how less I am playing. I realized I might need to do actual training.

been 2 years, but since you never got a response ig ill help you. Sart off really close, and make 3 really good form shots, then move back a step, make 3 really good form jumpers, keep moving backwards and backwards while keeping good form. Just keep working on the form.

T Miller hold the ball in your dominant hand while your other hand is on the side. If you cant keep it up then just get rid of the 2 hand habit first. You cant hold the ball too long, you need a snap on one hand. (Im in seventh grade :p)

Hi coach, great videos. How about a guy, who is trying to play again after 8 years? Being specific is hard because, I have to improve everything. For what? Play? Fun? I don't know, I just want to play again and play nice. Btw, 4h/day of basketball would be the heaven, if I have that time lol. Thanks for the videos, I end my day watching videos like these, they motivate me and are very instructive. Ps.: Sorry for the English. Not a English speaker
