The amount of speed Hunter has for such a big guy is phenomenal.

amazing speed not just for a big guy! You made the "small" fast guys feel slow. Thanks for the inspiration and the fun competitions with OCR Stars. Absolutely loving the challenges!

Hunter I recently discovered you but have been watching all your videos back to back. True inspiration and really funny in between. You’re pushing your ceiling and it makes me want to train harder brother! Keep at it🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Great times!! but C'mon that is some soft advice. Coach Eddie Ifft clearly says in his Podcast to use the Pittsburgh method: Run the first mile as fast as you can, then run the second mile as fast as you can, the third mile as fast as you can, etc., until the last mile run that one as fast as you can.

Even splitting distance races is almost always optimal. This only falls apart in the shorter mid distance races, e.g. a positive split 800m by ~2-3 seconds over the second lap. Going balls to the wall with no self-preservation sense is a great way to run a super slow time and experience a lot of unnecessary pain, don't know why you're promoting it.

Completely agree; I was mainly referring to the Cameo appearance of Eddie Ifft , color commentary and driver of the camera person (Wodcast Podcast episodes with Hoontz for full context) .

You inspire this beefcake to be faster. I'm training for a 10k I was hoping to get sub 45 minute mark, but that is weak. Time to put on my big boy pantelones and shoot for the stars. But for real, its nice to see a big guy run such an impressive time, I hope to scratch those times someday.
