Join us for this super short workout that will definitely get you sweating! If you want, you can definitely scale this up to 9 minutes or even 12 minutes. As always, be sure to warm-up before any of these workouts.
6 Minutes - As many rounds as possible
4 Push-ups each side (8 total)
6 Double KB rows
5 Burpees
